SY26C, SY26U, SY35C, and SY35U

With the latest advancements in the SY26 and SY35 series, SANY has optimised its proven mini excavator models to meet market demands. While the new C-variants (conventional design with short tail swing radius) build on the strengths of the existing U-models by offering greater stability and performance, the ā€œUā€-variants have also been refined to further enhance their advantages in zero-tail design.

The SY26C provides 10% higher stability thanks to its offset upper structure and offers increased comfort with an optimised cab structure.

The SY35C has undergone significant revisions, now featuring up to 30% more lifting capacity, making it even more efficient for demanding tasks. An improved door latch on the counterweight ensures that the door remains securely within the swing radius, enhancing ease of operation and reducing the risk of damage.

Additionally, the float function on the dozer blade is now standard, allowing for more precise and comfortable grading on uneven terrain. A new mechanical suspension seat and an improved air conditioning system provide maximum comfort for the operator, during long working hours.

The C-models complement the existing U-zero-tail variants, which remain optimised for confined working environments. Thanks to structural modifications, the SY26C and SY35C now offer over 15% more stability – a clear advantage for precise work with heavy attachments. With these enhancements, SANY has created a model range that offers the perfect solution for both flexible compact-applications and high-performance tasks requiring increased stability.

A redesigned 7-inch touchscreen ensures intuitive operation, while an elevated dozer blade improves grading efficiency, making it a machine that combines productivity and comfort. Also featuring a swing boom, the SANY SY215C NLC 2PB is a tracked excavator with an operating weight of approximately 22 tonnes.

The SY215E is a groundbreaking alternative in the 23-tonne class. This fully electric crawler excavator, equipped with a 150 kW electric motor and a 422-kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, provides a zero-emission, low-noise solution for sustainability-focused customers.

The SY305LC LR is a 32-tonne class machine and a special variant of the proven SY305C. It features a long-reach attachment with an 11.8-metre boom and an 8-metre stick, effectively doubling the reach compared to the standard model.

With the SW956E, SANY is introducing a fully electric 20-tonne wheel loader. This model complements the portfolio, where the combustion-engine SW405 has already established itself as a success.

The machine offers a peak output of 240 kW, powered by a CATL battery with 282 kWh or 350 kWh capacity, which enables a running time of four to six or six to eight hours depending on the variant – 10% longer than comparable competitor models. This once again emphasises SANY’s pioneering role in the electrification of construction machinery.

The SY32 Z5-160 – a space-saving all-rounder for indoors and outdoors

Together with SANY, Putzmeister is presenting two new machines from the SANY truck-mounted concrete pump product line at bauma 2025: One of these is the SY32 Z5-160. It is suitable for universal use, robust and economically attractive. With a vertical reach of almost 32 metres and a very low unfolding height, together with space-saving supports, it is deal for concreting indoors. The new truck-mounted concrete pump will be on display from Monday 7th April to Sunday 13th April in SANY’s outdoor area at stand FN619.

The new SY32 Z5-160 is a genuine all-rounder that has been designed for a wide range of requirements on the construction site, although its real speciality is concreting indoors. The five-arm double-Z fold system, an impressively low unfolding height of 5.6 m and a compact extent of supports make it particularly flexible. It is also very easy to operate, especially in tight areas of construction sites such as low buildings. The generous storage area on the side deck offers enough space to transport delivery pipes and hoses.

User-friendliness saves time, operating costs and reduces stress

The SANY SY32 Z5-160 is easy to handle in terms of maintenance and operation. This is partly thanks to the new HBC radio remote control, the 10-inch touch display on the control cabinet and the maintenance panel.

The machine has a simple and self-explanatory design and offers everything the machine operator needs for everyday work. In addition, all important operating parameters can be read directly on the machine, which enables quick initial diagnosis and service work to be carried out – so that the machine is quickly ready for use again in the event of a fault.

The machines are also fitted with carbide wear parts and two-layer pipes, which provide an exceptionally long service life and minimise operating costs over the entire service life of the pump.

Safety on the construction site for people and machines

The SANY SY32 Z5-160 comes with advanced safety functions as standard in order to protect both the concrete pump operator and the surrounding construction site. SSC 2.0, the new support monitoring system that performs stability checks, offers maximum safety and increased flexibility on tight construction sites thanks to additional support variants for full support: OSS, K or Y support. This keeps the truck-mounted concrete pump stable and safe in any situation.

Efficiency meets flexibility – emission-free transport with the SANY eTRUCK e435 8×4

Aichtal, February 2025 – At this year’s bauma, SANY supported by Putzmeister is presenting the new eTRUCK e435 8×4: a fully electric truck that, with a battery capacity of 350 kWh and a peak output of 405 kW, ensures environmentally friendly heavy-duty transport – with no emissions and no noise. With a kerb weight of 12 tonnes and a wide range of superstructure options, it is suitable for numerous applications. The truck can be seen at the Munich Construction Trade Fair from Monday 7 April to Sunday 13 April in the Outdoor Area FN 619.

The use of mobile charging stations makes the SANY eTRUCK e435 flexible for everyday use. If additional jobs are pending, the battery can be easily recharged, with charging from 20 to 80 per cent taking only about 50 minutes. Overnight, the battery can be gently recharged with 40 kW at a 63A socket.
