New GD10H Wheel Dumper

Tobroco-Giant has unveiled its first wheel dumper, the GD10H. This 1-ton machine, where the ‘H’ stands for High Tip, is designed to meet the highest demands. In situations where dumping materials at height is desired, the High Tip function allows the skip to be raised to a greater height. This enables materials to be safely and efficiently dumped without the need for additional tools, such as a ramp. The skip is also capable of being used as a front tip skip. In addition to the 1-ton version, the GD10H will also be available in 1.5-ton and 2-ton variants.

Depending on the terrain and conditions, the GD10H can be equipped with different tire sizes. On the narrow 7.00×12 AS-504 wheels, the machine is only 980 mm wide, making the wheel dumper ideal for use in tight spaces. With a wheelbase of 1500 mm and a total length of 3130 mm, the GD10H offers excellent stability and manoeuvrability. The height with ROPS is 2450 mm. For low passages, this protective bar can be partially folded down.

The GD10H is equipped with a reliable Kubota 1.1-liter engine with a power output of 18.5 kW. The skip of the machine is made of durable HARDOX steel and features rounded corners, allowing material to be easily discharged without residues building up. The top speed of the machine is 16 km/h.

The Versatile G2700 Series

The G2700 series is the solution for locations with narrow and low passageways and areas where space is limited, yet powerful performance is essential. The wheel loader, also known as a tool carrier, features a small turning radius and smooth steering. The fact that the tool carrier can be transported on a trailer provides great flexibility for the user. The G2700 X-TRA HD+, on display at bauma, is equipped with a powerful 50 hp Kubota engine and is ideal for heavy-duty tasks on construction sites, earthmoving, and infrastructure projects.

The fully electric G2700E X-TRA HD

The fully electric G2700E X-TRA HD offers high performance in the zero-emission segment, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and versatility. Thanks to its electric drive, the machine requires minimal maintenance as fewer moving parts can wear out or break. The tool carrier is powered by a strong 13 kW electric motor and is equipped with 12-ton axles with a traction force of 16,000 Newton. This model offers increased lifting capacity for tasks such as transporting pallets of paving stones on construction sites. An optional cooling unit optimizes performance when using hydraulically powered attachments.

The Electric Skid-Steer GS950TE Loader

The GS950TE is perfect for working on low-bearing surfaces. With a traction force of 5.2 kN, the machine combines more traction with high push and pull force. Additionally, the tracks cause less rutting and therefore less soil compaction. The weight starts at 1,020 kg. This model is designed to perform in the most challenging conditions.

The GS950TE features a Boost mode, allowing speeds of up to 6 km/h. Despite its compact size, this Skid-Steer loader delivers an impressive tipping load of up to 890 kg (center of pallet fork). With a width of 90 cm for the GS950TE and only 76 cm for the smallest tires of the GS900E, these machines are perfect for navigating through narrow doorways and – thanks to the electric drive – for use in confined spaces.

The GS900E and GS950TE are equipped with an oil cooler with an electrically controlled cooling fan. This system activates the cooling fan proportionally based on the oil temperature. The machines come standard with a high-quality Jungheinrich LFP battery. Additionally, there is space for a second battery, providing a combined capacity of 23.3 kWh. For extra fast charging, users can opt for the GIANT external charging station, which can charge the machine from 10% to 90% in less than an hour.

The digital screen in the electric version offers a range of advanced features to enhance the operator’s experience. It displays key information, such as oil temperature, energy capacity, and other critical machine metrics, providing real-time visibility of the system’s performance.
