Merlo America has appointed Jerry Donahue as Territory Business Manager for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic United States. The territory runs from Maryland to Maine and includes Long Island (New York) and Pennsylvania.
Donahue joins Merlo America with experience in capital equipment sales, OEM manufacturing, and dealer network development. He began his career as a tool and mold maker before moving into sales and dealer development roles across North America, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Since taking up the role, he has been meeting dealers and attending industry events, including CONEXPO in Las Vegas.
Merlo America also referenced its work with Woods CRW, a Northeast dealer active in construction, forestry, and material handling, with locations in Vermont, Pennsylvania, New York, and Massachusetts. Founded in 1961, Woods CRW provides sales, rental, parts, and service for new and used equipment.
“Jerry’s been present and engaged since day one. We’re early in, but he’s shown he understands this industry and what dealers need. That’s a good foundation.”
Said Carl Favata, General Manager at Woods CRW.
In his new role, Jerry Donahue attended ArborEXPO (March 26–27) and the Logger’s Expo (May 1–2). At ArborEXPO in Massachusetts, Merlo displayed a Roto 50.35 fitted with a Smart Bobby Grapple Saw, alongside a Treemme MM250X equipped with an FAE mulching head.

In his new position, Donahue will support existing dealers, develop new partnerships, and represent Merlo’s product line across construction, agriculture, and forestry.
