Among 20000 companies, the German financial magazine, Focus Money, awards the Hess Group, member of Top-Weck as one of the “Best Training Companies in Germany 2020”
The Hess Group, member of Top-Werk, is euphoric and proud of its achievements over the past year, which have led it to receive an important recognition from Focus Money. It is a German magazine committed to politics, society, finance, taxation, law, investment, insurance, telecommunications, motoring and careers. Focus Money is known for the annual publication of a list of the leading German tax advisory and auditing companies. Its target audience are decision-makers in business and society.
The companies receive the above-mentioned award following an independent study by the Institute for Management and Economic Research. To this end, experts examine more than 20,000 companies with regard to their quality and safety as well as the orientation and satisfaction of their employees.
This year’s celebrations were also attended by the HESS Group, which was awarded one of the “Best Training companies in Germany”. Group leaders stress that quality training is very important for corporate leadership. Among the wide selection of different courses there are some related to the subject, such as B. internal and external workshops around the manufacturing process. Much of the practical training takes place in the company training workshop. However, young specialists are also used directly in production. In this way, they can immediately apply their theoretical knowledge in responsible positions. In all these activities, three commercial and technical trainers as well as two commercial trainers are available as contact persons.
David Harris says:
“We are constantly expanding our program. We are currently discussing the establishment of an additional electrical workshop. We support our trainees in preparing for the exam and give regular feedback. We also encourage creativity by offering exciting project work. ”

said the electrical engineer for operating technology and deputy.
Hess offers training for the following professions: machining mechanic (milling and turning technology), construction mechanic (equipment technology), electronics technician (operational technology), mechatronics technician, technical product designer (machine and system design), industrial clerk and warehouse logistics specialist. Depending on the area of operation, all training courses are designed for 3 to 3.5 years and are open to all interested applicants.
