Total Batching Solutions Unveil Loading Hopper at Hillhead Digital 2021

The new Mobile Loading Hopper from Total Batching Solutions has been designed to efficiently feed aggregates into the storage hoppers of a mobile concrete batching plant.

Feeding from ground level this eliminates the need for and cost of building and maintaining loading ramps on every project whilst improving cycle times and on-site safety.

Fully road legal, the TBS Mobile Loading Hopper features a range of slewing chutes and conveyors, which allows it to accurately feed up to 5 aggregate storage bins or hoppers from the safety of a wheel loader cabin. Set-up time for the complete mobile batching plant operation, including the Mobile Loading Hopper, TBS Ultra Mobile concrete batching plant and cement silos is just 180 minutes from arrival on-site.

TBS Ultra Mobile Range

The Ultra Mobile range of concrete batching plants from TBS allows for the sustainable production of quality concrete on-site, in compact cities or remote locations, on-demand & at a lower operating cost. With a self-erecting one-day set-up, there is no requirement for a crane, foundations or loading ramps. Equipped with the latest BHS Sontofen twin shaft mixers, optimal performance is assured, with outputs ranging from 80-140m³/Hr. For maximum application flexibility, options include up to 4 silos, 5 aggregate bays, 6 admixtures, all-weather heating & hybrid power. The TBS Ultra Mobile range can be cost-effectively deployed anywhere, on any medium to large project, all year round.
