Less than two months from the full takeover of Antonio Carraro S.p.A. by Gruppo Milleuno S.p.A., the Board of Directors of the Campodarsego-based company, newly elected by the shareholders’ meeting, met on Thursday 11th May.
Maurizio Maschio was elected as Chairman and Enrico Polo as CEO, with board members Michela Pavan, Alessandro Polo, Pietro Maschio and Giambattista Zen. The board also appointed Marcello Carraro as honorary chairman. A new team to face market challenges with renewed enthusiasm and energy, achieving ambitious business goals while remaining loyal to the origins and excellence of the mission led by the company’s founder, Antonio Carraro.
