Volvo Group Australia Puts Dealer Uptime at the Centre of Its Awards Night

VCV Brisbane South and CMV Truck and Bus Albury Wodonga were named top metro and regional dealers at the recent VGA Dealer Awards.

Volvo Group Australia has recognised the performance of its dealer network at the recent VGA Dealer Awards, highlighting the role dealers and workshops play in supporting commercial vehicle customers across Australia.

Volvo Commercial Vehicles and CMV Truck and Bus were among the main winners of the night. VCV Brisbane South received the award for Metro Dealer of the Year, while CMV Truck and Bus Albury Wodonga was named Regional Dealer of the Year.

The awards underline the importance Volvo Group Australia places on customer support beyond the vehicle itself. For transport operators, dealer performance is a key part of the ownership experience, especially when businesses depend on workshops and service teams to keep vehicles operating.

Jerresand also recognised the daily work carried out across the company’s dealer network.

He said.

Other award winners included TCWA Forrestfield, which received the Customer Satisfaction Metro award, and Webster Trucks, which was recognised for Customer Satisfaction Regional. VCV Sydney won the Volvo Financial Services award, while CMV Group received the award for Health, Safety and Wellbeing.

The awards night gave Volvo Group Australia an opportunity to recognise dealers across different areas of performance, from customer satisfaction to safety and financial services. For the company, the event placed the spotlight on the people and teams working directly with customers across its dealer network.
