The spraying machine has a water-cooled diesel engine with the latest soot particle filter technology and thus fulfills the latest emissions standard “Stage V”.
The filling capacity of the machine is 1000 liters plus space for a 200-liter barrel in the preheating hood. The powerful propane gas burner with thermostat-controlled temperature control brings the binder quickly to the desired processing temperature.

As standard, the company uses the engine’s coolant to heat the spray boom mounted on the rear, the material filter, and the binder pump, so processing polymer-modified binders such as the C60BP1-S according to TLBE – StB 07 is possible without any problems, all other common binders can of course also be processed.

The spray boom has a maximum spray width of 3,375mm. The spray nozzles can be conveniently switched on and off individually from the driver’s cab, so the working width can be variably adjusted in 375 mm steps. The splash guard is designed in such a way that, for example, the curbs in the work area do not have to be cleaned afterward.

In order to achieve an optimal spray result, the machine has a digital speed and spray pressure display, which can be expanded to include a control and metering device if required.

The system is cleaned in a tried and tested manner using the on-board compressor with compressed air.
